All Devices Is this website safe for installing developer betas?

I just came across this website that allows you to install developer betas, not sure if its safe. Has anyone tried it?

Why not just use the public beta? It's basically the same build, but released a day later.

This website allows you to install the developer beta. Example: public beta is on beta 1 right now and developer beta is on beta 3 version.

Dev beta 3 and Public beta 1 are the same, they're only number differently because Apple didn't start releasing them to the public until the 3rd dev beta.

I thought dev beta 2 and public beta 1 are the same.

We’re still waiting for public beta 2, which should mirror or closely resemble dev beta 3.
