Is TTY (hard of hearing) service on iPhone possible?

The iPhone has been an amazing communication device for me to email and text with ease. However, I'm in need of some sort of TTY/TDD interface to be able to make calls. Can anyone point to a source where I can buy one if available?

Yes there is TTY adaptors and more available.
Also the same ? was posted and answered here on 06/07, but i'm to lazy to post the link i found while googleing.

Do you mean directly typing on the phone, or connecting to a TTY device?

It's just an adapter to hook up to a TTY device.
