Let me start off first by saying that I adore Vizio's products. Everything Vizio makes is attractive (we have one of their TVs and it's delicious looking). I was on their website looking at their All-In-Ones and comparing them to the iMac (My mom is going to need a new computer soon), and one thing I noticed is how strikingly similar Vizio's computer sites are to Apple's computer sites. What is your guy's opinion on this? Images below for comparison (Click for larger)

Apple's iMac site vs. Vizio's All-In-One site

I recall reading an interview or an editorial about the company recently on The Verge. In it the CEO said that the designs for the latest computers were very much inspired by Apple's lineup.

I guess that it's not limited to computers.

Makes sense, Apple has the best web site design. Might as well slavishly copy them.

I may look something like Apple's but I would like to point out that the layout Apple uses is not really that special. It is a very common design that has been used for a very long time across multiple industries.

I see some resemblance but I don't think its the blatant ripoff level.
