Is wallpaper appearing as an activity consuming battery under lock screen for anyone else?

I upgraded to 16.3.1 from 16.1 a few days ago. Since then, I have noticed that the battery usage of my lock screen is higher than it was before. Moreover, if I go onto activity, underneath it states wallpaper, which is never has before. My wallpaper is the same one it's always been, so I don't see how it could just now be using more battery.

Anyone else seeing the same thing?
