I really love this feature in Sierra, I just wish it was available on more sites than just YouTube. I’ve not come across any anyway. I noticed that embedded Youtube videos on other sites, such as MR don’t utilise this just yet, as I tried it on here for the High Sierra feature video.

Picture-in-Picture has been great for things like the UK General Election and the unfortunate terrorist atrocities we’ve had over this side of the pond, and the Grenfell Tower fire incident. But it’s also good for watching my subscribed channels while using other websites, and not having to have another clunky window open just for Youtube is a huge plus.

My apologies for being this late to show my appreciation but it’s something I’ve only started recently using really.

Thanks :) and nice job Apple.:apple::apple:

Option-Click/Right-Click the video (depending on the video you might have to do so twice) and pretty much all videos will have a PiP option :)

Thanks for posting; I didn't even know that this feature existed (it's not exactly intuitive) but it looks like it could be useful. It seems that you need to right-click on the video twice (?!) to get into PiP mode.

I tried that, and doing this only works on Youtube videos (in my experience anyway).

Yeah, my post was more for the benefit of people like me that didn't know that the feature existed in the first place :)

I did try it on AnimeLab but no luck there.

I just tried it on FB with no luck whatsoever haha! I’ll try it on Vimeo but there’s not much on there that I watch, I tend to default to YouTube.

I’m a user of Netflix but it doesn’t work on there either.
[doublepost=1497667375][/doublepost]EDIT I just tried Vimeo and all manner of tricks with buttons but still no PiP :(
