iPhone X Issue when dialling one number

Guys

Really need some help here with something that haas been going on for about 12 months now

When my wife tries calling my number she gets immediate.."call failed"..when I call her it is fine so it isn't a block her end, checked mine and not blocked my end.

When i call forward my work phone to mine and she calls my work phone....comes through fine.

Have tried removing any "calls on other devices" no change and have also reset all network and carrier settings with no luck.

Have tried creating a new contact and deleting old, no luck

Any ideas or additional things to try would be a real help......

PS - WhatsApp calling works fine

Maybe your carrier has flagged your phone number as a robocall number.

I would keep things as they are and block her on whatsapp for good measure, then blame Apple.

This does indeed seem like a carrier issue. Are you on different carriers? Have you tried another SIM on your iPhone? Maybe her phone number is on your iPhones blakclist?

Trying that now......I have an old 7 other than that I am at a loss....UPDATE....nope still same and that was setup as a new phone
