iPhone Issue with Iblacklist

Hello,

I am having an issue with Iblacklist.

I would like to have all the contact in my black list to not show up when they call me along with restricted ID and number not in my contact list.

So i setup contact in my blacklist to no action as i dont want them to be hanged up on or go to voice mail but just keep ringing

How can i set this up ?
