When I first installed iOS 13 beta on my iPad it seemed to hang forever when I went to Files and tried to load any of my files. I waited forever and and rebooted and nothing helped. The only thing I read was to sign out of iCloud and sign back in. It asked it I wanted to keep my files and I was not sure if I should or not fearing I would loose them (now I don’t remember which option I selected), but ever since I have been acquiring more and more duplicate folders. I am not sure which ones to keep and what is causing it. My iPad and iPhone are running iOS 13 but I have not updated my Mac yet because there are a few apps not compatible yet. Any idea how to stop this?
