Hey guys,

I'm trying to pre-order the 17 Pro Max on T-Mobile financing through Apple.

I'm constantly getting this error that the plan is not active. Anyone else faced similar issues? I've tried to contact T-Mobile, but they were not able to fix as well.

You'll need to contact T-Mobile.
You recently made changes to your T-Mobile rate plan that are not yet active. If you want to continue with this purchase, contact T-Mobile 7 and ask them to activate your plan immediately or cancel your rate plan change. Then, you can come back to apple.com › and complete your purchase.

TMO does not recognize you as the account manager.

Need to call TMO to have it changed so that you can place the order.
