iPod Issue with iTunes purchase

Hey,

So my girlfriend bought season 2 of Damages. The files downloaded, but the videos refuse to play. Just a blank screen. No audio or video. Just a time stamp of where the video is while playing (i.e. 24mins into a 43 min video).

I tried opening those files with vlc and quicktime independently, but nothing works.

All her other videos work fine except this purchase. How can I fix it? If I try to redownload them, will they be charged again to me?

Shoot an email to iTunes customer service. In my experience, they've been very helpful with any problems I had. They will most likely send a new download of the purchase your way.
