I keep getting these colored squares on my Mid-2011 27" iMac Display (I do have a second display connected as well and am getting the little squares on there as well). I had the graphics card replaced in 2018 for the same issue but it has just started coming back again. Is there anything else I can do or is this the end of the line for my iMac?

Yeah that's indicative of graphics failure, confirmed if it also appears on an external monitor.

Unfortunately the 2011 iMacs suffer the same fate as the rotten Radeons in the MacBook Pros.

So even though I replaced the graphics card in 2018, it is just going to continue failing? Is there anyway to remediate this other than getting a new iMac?

I wouldn't put any more money into a 2011 computer.
Might be time to consider replacing it.

Other than baking the GPU to reflow the solder—which may or may not work—there's no reason to put another dime into a 2011.

Do you still have an HDD in this or did you replace it?
