Hi All,

A user has MacBook Air and connected over Ethernet Canon iR-ADV C5535 printer.

When the user prints something she gets either "Your margins are quite small." warning or margins are cut off when documents are printed.

I tried to install the driver but it didn't help.
Should I remove the printer and re-add?

Thanks.

You need to check what the margins are set to in Word and you need to see what the minimum margins are for the printer.
She needs to go into 'layout' and then find margins in page setup.
You'll probably find 2cm (or I suppose that's about 3/4 inch all round should work) . You can make them a bit smaller but that's a good start.
She should also check that she has the correct paper size selected because that can cause a conflict with the printer.
Also check this in the printer driver settings.

I had to leave it as wasn't able to find a solution.
