issue with my control center (help please)

hey guys,happy new year.

i have a problem after installing and uninstalling soundsource,after uninstalling i noticed that the control panel doesn't open at all (extension process control center(xxx-numbers are always different) exited).

i've tried the following methods to fix it but it didn't work:

mac os update.

booting in safe mode.

deleting the caches.

creating a new profile.

first aid in disk utility.

i completely uninstalled soundsource and all its components but the error with control panel doesn't disappear,only starting the console and running the logs helps to open control center:

maybe someone has already encountered this or knows how to fix it?

yeah i deleted it through their app and the rest manually,i messaged them through the form on their website but didn't get a response to my email yet
