Issue with native .mov files

I have an interesting problem. I have had the same camera for 3 years that records in .mov format. When copying my pictures+videos over only 4 of the 50 videos would copy.

Now these 4 videos were taken with the exact same camera as the other 50 yet they were not "compatible" and wouldn't transfer..

What's the deal?
