Hey everyone.

I've been having this really annoying issue with the Outlook iOS app.

I use an iPad and iPhone.

When I add my iCloud account (using the unique app-specific password) on both devices, the second device I log into will kick out the first.

For example

1. Log into Outlook on iPhone
2. Log into Outlook on iPad
3. Open Outlook on iPhone, Outlook says I need to re-enter the iCloud password
4. I enter the iCloud password
5. Go onto iPad, now the iPad says I need to re-enter the iCloud password

This is really annoying and I cant seem to solve it.

Any advice is appreciated.

I’ve had the same problem in the past. Try to delete your iCloud account on both devices with the option „delete on all devices“ and try to readd it on both devices with the same password. No different one.

I had this problem. If I remember correctly, I was trying to generate one app specific password for each device. I’m pretty sure that generating one app specific password and using it for all devices worked.
