Folks,
I have a 15" MBP and have Big Sur installed.
I have Wacom Intuos Pro connected.
I have all drivers updated and I see that the tablet itself is working.
I am able to use my fingers to navigate the screen and etc, but it doesn't react to a pen.

When I try to do something in setting, such as set pressure sensytivity, the pen reacts. But not when I have Photoshop open and want to do something. Nothing happens.

Any ideas?

I wasn't aware of it until I saw your post as I don't use the Wacom as default. Launched and nothing, but driver was ending in 38. Updated to most recent driver ending in 41 and problems resolved. Reviewing the link above - and still in the 30 minute window - I didn't get the Apple message of permission conflict during driver update. I did doublecheck System Preferences > Security and Privacy > Privacy > Accessibility and the wacom.IOManager as well as Wacom Touch Driver (had to unlock and scroll down to see it) were already checked so didn't have to do manually. Apparently, if you don't do that manually, if required, within 30 minutes, you have to uninstall the driver and re install it for another 30 minute window.

I did notice 2 programs - Photoshop and Parallels - were unchecked, but at least I know where to go if have problems in future. I did just upgrade Photoshop to 2021 on the MacBook Pro with this Wacom exercise as I typically use Photoshop on the desktop...with the laptop install being the second install. Parralles hasn't been touched since the Big Sur upgrade.

This issue between Big Sur and Wacom doesn’t seem to be consistent from what little I’ve seen on some forums. Most of the driver updates are successful but a few run into these security/access problems.
