Issues w/an app using Location Services

Hello,

Ever since I upgraded to my iPhone 6 (8.1), I cannot seem to get the Stubhub app working properly. It detects my location but no events show up. I know this is probably more of a question for Stubhub but they couldn't help over the phone.

I have a feeling it has to do with Location Services, I have tried everything I know how to do but nothing seems to work. It also looks like I am having issues with Paypal and their in-store app coupons.

Can anyone provide any suggestions that you think might help resolve this issue?

Below is what I've done so far with no luck...

-Turn phone on/off
-Reset phone (home + sleep button)
-Reset network settings
-Delete app and redownload app
-Reset location and privacy

Open the Settings app and look in Privacy->LocationServices

Hello all, just in case anyone runs into this issue, I fixed it by "Reset All Settings"
