I have an iPhone 5 iOS 6.1.2 JB with the latest Evasion

Ever since the jailbreak, I have been having issues with the default "Messages" app and new messages when they appear as a notification have the "green icon" missing I hope that makes sense. In its place is a blank square. When I pull down the notification screen for any unread texts, the same appears, a blank square (see below). On the lock screen however, the "green icon" does shows up when I have new, unread texts. No other apps/tweaks have been made, this occurred right after the JB.

Any ideas...?

I see there is a few threads out there with a few suggestions on how to fix it. I don't know if you tried searching or tried any of the suggested fixes. Anyways... Try the first one I stumbled on first.

Settings--> general--> reset-->. Reset home screen layout --> re-spring or restart your phone.
