Hi, I use the IOS background sounds a lot while studying with my airpods pro 2 with a 14 PM. What happens to me is that my ear cavity is very small and I often have to adjust and push the air tips further during my study sessions, many times I accidentally press the button and it starts playing a song from my library at full volume without even having the music app open, this irritates me a lot and I don't know how to solve it. Imagine you are concentrating with the waves of the sea and suddenly it plays a rock song at full volume. Any advice or solution would be appreciated. Sorry for my translated English. Thank you.

Try adjusting the Airpods in your ears by holding the "body" of the Airpod and keep your fingers away from the tip.

The Apple Music app is prone to randomly switching itself on for me to and it's really annoying when I am watching a video and the music starts. It does it itself occasionally and my hands are nowhere the Airpods.
