Issues with APP's and falling out?

So I love the new APP's. I think the sound is superior and the Transparent mode is GREAT. My issue is with longterm daily wearing.

I put mine in at 8:00am and other than a charge around lunch they are in my ears all day. The fit is good and the seal tests are good but after a few hours they work themselves loose and fall out randomly. In some cases they don't just loosen to the point I notice they just flat out fall out. My AirPod 1 & 2's never have done this. Am I missing something in the fit or is this just normal for longterm wearing of in-ear earbuds?

My only thought is the silicone tips just get soft from my body heat... Curious if I am the only one.

It seems like you have better luck than me, the main reason I upgraded was because of the new design hoping they would stay in place, so far I've had no luck, I'm having to adjust them all the time, and no matter what size tip I put on them, I can't pass the seal test... I wonder if I need to go down to the apple store and have them exchange them, or if they just don't fit my ears.
