I've recently been noticing some seemingly random issues with coverflow and album listings under the iPod app on the iPhone. Occasionally it's doing things like splitting a single album into two seperate albums with the same cover, each possessing half the songs. Other times certain albums don't show up at all. The newest little bug I've noticed is that the all the albums that aren't showing up in coverflow have been placed under the first album that shows up in my collection. Is anyone else having issues like this? As far as I know all my id3 tags are good, they show up correctly in iTunes. My iTunes coverflow also shows up correctly. I've tried everything short of reinstalling iTunes and redumping the iPhone.

About splitting your albums up...
I did notice if there is any little detail different about the album name, it will duplicate the cover. example..
One of my albums was titled, First Impressions Of Earth. One of the other songs had the album name "First Impressions of Earth", a lowercase "o". It made a duplicate album cover. Maybe thats the problem with that.

Though usually iTunes is also pretty picky about music tags – it is more generous than the iPhone. I.e. Check your tags because they are probably the culprit for display issues.
