My wife and I have used and relied on the Apple Health App installed on our Iphones for over 2 years. We do use a common Apple account. We have been having issues since IOS 11. All of a sudden we will notice that our health app is showing both of our activity, walking etc., on the same phone. When I look at the sources, both of our phones will be listed. I will then remove her iphone as a source on my phone, and remove my iphone as a source on hers. The health app will then work as it should for a little bit and then all of a sudden they wont be recording any activity. When I look at the sources on the health app, both of our iphones have been deleted from both of our phones. I know this sounds confusing, but it's driving me nuts. Any ideas?

Exactly the same here. The excuse I got from Apple, need to have two Apple ID’s. Lame excuse for their implementation of iCloud Health App. I tried turning off the iCloud for the Health App. Really did not solve my issues. What really drives it nuts, add a third Apple Watch as I did. Total data corruption in the Health app. They need to fix this before releasing IOS 11.1.
