Issues with iPad 4 battery life in 9.2?

First time on here...I manage about 60 iPads for my company. Most are 4th gen. Some users are reporting that their battery life has diminished since iOS 9.2. I've confirmed settings for background app refresh, screen brightness, etc. No issues reported for the iPad Air though.

Anybody familiar with battery draining issues in 9.2???
