Hello,

I upgraded my original iPad Pro 12.9 to 13.4 yesterday. I paired it with an original apple trackpad and am pretty disappointed. Dual finger scrolling doesn’t work, tap doesn’t work. Is the iPad and/or trackpad just too old to use these functions?

apparently the original Magic Trackpad only supports moving around and clicking (just tested it myself). No scrolling, no tap to click. Pretty dumb, not sure the reasoning behind it - I have a hard time believing it's a hardware limitation, but who knows, these devices are pretty old. I'd say without any sort of scrolling it's basically useless.
Although that same hardware wasn't even recognised as pointing device in the previous 'hacky' accessibility trick.

Understood. So it’s not just me. Thanks.
