I have been experiencing issues with my iTunes crashing during the restore after updating to ios5. I am running Lion and iTunes 10.5. My iPhone 4 will restore as far as apps but crashes before syncing music/movies. I tried manually adding my music but it will not allow me. iTunes says Step 2 of 5 and then crashes completely. On my iPad 2 it is doing the same thing but crashes before syncing apps, music, movies. I have tried adding these manually but have the same result. I have also tried setting up as a new device and have the same issues. Any ideas how I can solve this?
