Issues with itunes loading

I open itunes and it goes to screen where my music is and takes about 20 minutes to load. I hardly have any thing on here like some people so I dont know what the problem is. Originally I did uninstall itunes and re install and that didn't fix it. It never used to take this long to load. I dont remember having this problem before the update that changed the itunes from blue to red. The stupid thing will load but it takes like 20 to 30 minutes and it actually says not responding when I open task manager and have to close it that way because I cant click on anything on it until it does load. Any ideas for fixing it so I dont have to wait would be awesome. I cant even click on the pin of itunes i have on start menu while im on google chrome to switch to it until it loads after 30 minutes or so.

Any one else having similar problems? Or know how to correct it?
