I've had my iPhone 7 for a couple of days now (since last Friday). I don't know if this is because it's refurbished (I also bought it from a website), but I'm having problems with the sound. I think everything is turned on with Settings, but my phone isn't making the keyboard clicks or the lock screen sound, and my ringtone is on default ('Opening') but I don't hear it when I'm getting a call; it just vibrates. When I listen to music on YouTube, the sound is sometimes slightly distorted, although this is a minor concern (just occasionally a bit annoying) and I don't think it's connected with my main problem.
I would really appreciate it if somebody helped me with these issues!
