iStat not showing CPU/GPU temps?

I've tried both the app store version and the version downloaded from BJANGO directly. I have the app purchased as well and the key has been put into the app (registered). I also have the iStat Menu Helper and Intel Power Gadget installed but still nothing. What am I doing wrong here?

This is for a MacBook Pro 16, any help would be appreciated!

UPDATE: Got in touch with the Devs and this is a known issue which is resolved in version 6.50 which is currently still in beta.
