I always had the app running in my notification center so I decided to update it through the app store and it froze up. Tried uninstalling, and reinstalling and it refuses to open. I even deleted all folder content with easy find, rebooted and it still seems broken.
Running Sierra 10.12.6

I just downloaded it and it seems fine on my 2015 HS 10.13.3 MBP so whatever the issue is, it's not that the app is fundamentally broken for everyone. Not denying you're having an issue, just confirming that the app does work for other people.

4.2.1? I had previous versions working flawlessly. It's the update process that failed.

Their tech support said to disconnect any UPS cable, it launches fine now.
