It has been almost 2 years, and Spotify Hi-Fi is still not here yet

Back in March 2021 at their Stream On event, Spotify announced that they were going Hi-Fi. They said it would be rolled out by the end of 2021. The end of 2021 came with no Spotify Hi-Fi, and I switched to Apple Music which has had Hi-Fi audio since May 2021 and I am really happy with it. Today was Stream On 2023 and there is still no Hi-Fi. Do you think Spotify Hi-Fi will ever see the light?

I think Spotify is too busy complaining to EU government officials to have time for that

I'm happy with Spotify, but between the lack of hifi, the lack of homepod support, and the fact that my daughter keeps taking my stream on her Echo, I'm considering switching over to Apple music.
