Gosh...I must have stepped on one of the cult's holier than holies!
It's only a computer, boys. I have two mac computers. I paid the price to poke fun at apple.

Awwww... come on, everyone. Why so serious?
The OP didn't have me rolling in the aisles, but it's hardly something deserving of such a snooty reaction. And let's not pretend that Apple haven't dropped the ball with these screens; they most certainly have.
The one comment I would make is that there are a number of members around here suffering with one of these screens, or finding the delivery of their iMacs have been delayed because of this issue. These folks can be excused not having a sense of humour about it...!
Well, I am one of those people, and I've been waiting for 3 weeks so far for my i7. The OP called the other poster a member of a cult, that's not nice and I'm surprised you backed him up and jumped on others here.
Not a good way to make friends here when you're a newbie. You created the thread, you have to expect mixed responses. Some you'll like, some you won't but don't fire back, especially with that type of reply, it only makes you look worse.![]()

In the interests of keeping the peace, I'm happy to apologise to anybody who felt that I overstepped the mark. I was only trying to keep the mood of this thread light, as I'm sure had been the intention of the OP from outset. I'm certain that causing offence was never on his mind.
