On my M1 Pro 14” MacBook Pro, whenever I open up the case to start using it, everything works as it should EXCEPT for wifi, where it takes what feels like 2-3 minutes, but probably only between 1-2 minutes for the Wifi to work, i.e., for me to be able to connect to the internet. During that time, I have 5 bars on my wifi. It happens on any network I connect to, not just my home network. This is before I connect to a VPN for work. The only custom configuration in my network settings I have made is to use a specific DNS server.

Anybody know what’s going on? It’s very annoying. Thank you!

Did you try to reset network settings (Google knows how)? May be something is corrupted and needs to time out before wifi is properly configured.
