I got them to send my a replacement battery for the second time. I've been having problems with my MBP going to sleep with about 30-45 minutes left on the clock. After a few phone calls and following the steps they required, I finally convinced them to give me a new battery! On Monday the kid at AppleCare told me that because my mAh was not below 5000 they couldn't replace it for free. It was at 5037 mAh at the time. I told him it's really annoying to be working on an assignment in class and have your computer just go to sleep and not wake up until you plug it in. He put me on hold for a minute while he talked to a "product specialist." While I was on hold, the mAh jumped up to like 6330+. He came back on and I told him so he talked to them again and said that's not normal so they'd replace it. I had to run to class so he gave me a case number and that was that.

Well, I was busy until earlier today, so I called back and gave them the case number and the lady took down the card and shipping info and said it'd be 5-7 days for it to get here. Well, it's already been shipped and last time they shipped it DHL it was sent overnight. That may be the case again. I guess only time will tell (that info isn't recorded with the tracking number yet. It only says it was picked up today). I'm getting excited! It'll be nice to have a battery that works properly again!
