It would be nice if apple released iOS 14 early

It would be nice if apple released iOS 14 early. We all know how the iOS release go, but I think it would be nice since if the next iPhone my come out in time or some October or I saw something that might not come out till 2021, If the new iPhones come out in 2021 that would be bad for the iOS 14 release, I think Apple could release iOS 14 early just depending on how fast they want to get through the betas. We all know the build number of beta 1 had a V at the end and now with the Beta 2 the build number has a I at the end and that is a big jump from v to i. I really want this to be a good stable release

Early as in when? New iOS versions come out before new iPhones as I recall anyway. Given that iOS 14 betas have already been released to developers it's not likely that it would be getting delayed to next year or much later this year because of the new iPhones.

Never know it could happen, but I think iOS 14 will come out when planned, because I was just thinking because normally the new os comes out before the new phones come, but if the phones do not come out this they might either delay the iOS or reales just couple weeks early.

It won't come out until they announce the new phones, as they save some software features for that reveal. So it could come out before the phones if they are delayed, but won't be before the keynote for the phones.
 
They might not have a keynote for the phones since we are already almost in the middle of July and if the phones are expose to be released in September we only have like one more month August, If they did a iPhone Keynote I think it would be sometime in August
 
The iPhone 11 event was 10th September, with the invites sent 30th August, and the phones themselves being available to customers on 20th September. iOS 13 was released on 19th September

The first 4 betas, have been typically 2 weeks a piece, meaning that iOS 14 Beta 3 will be out on 21st July, Beta 4 on 4th August, then weekly from beta 5 onwards, so Beta 5 would be 11th August, Beta 6 the 18th August, Beta 7 the 25th, then the question is if we go to Beta 8 and beyond (Beta 8 would potentially be 1st September, with GM at some point before the event which could be late September again, if the phones are not delayed).

Bit of a ramble!

Either way, iOS 14 will come out the day before the new phones. If phones delayed, they will not delay iOS 14's release.
