I have scoured for several days but have been unable to find anything about this. I know that audible and the iTMS is linked to some degree. Is it possible to use songs purchased through iTMS through audbiles website (ie. if I bought a book on iTMS, can I go and download a mp3 version from audible). Is an account automatically created with audible when I buy a book through iTMS? If so, what would be my login (I tried everything)? It shows that I have the option to deactivate an audible account, but i dont know the login and password to do it. Finally, is it possible to buy songs from audible and iTMS and have both of them working?

Apple only sells Audible content through the ITMS. Accounts are also seperate. If you buy an audiobook in iTunes, it does not create an account on Audible.

All you do when you activate an audible account on ITunes is you activate the audible content that you have purchased on Audible that downloads into iTunes.
