iTools and Webmail down, or being updated?

if you guys try to go to either:
http://webmail.mac.com or http://itools.mac.com

there will be a message that comes up
and also if you notice you are also redirected to a page that ends with "/unavailable/"

this may indicate a major change in the whole itools and mabye webmail.mac.com is being put into its full version instead of beta...
well ill be glad to hear feedback on the situation
