iPhone iTouch Secure - Thoughts?

So I came across this app in Cydia today, and it looks amazing. Being able to enter passwords in any app with your touch ID is slick! 1Password does Safari via extensions, but it's clunky.

Has anyone used it? Does it work well? What about security? It claims to store passwords locally similar to key-chain. But doesn't mention the type of encryption is used, etc.

I believe so.. It's cool for Safari, but it doesn't work in any other apps. This tweak works in other apps, I'm just worried about security.

iTouchSecure iOS 8 does not work at all here.... iPhone 6
 
Works great on my 6+.
Enter the password once for any app; then Touch ID opens after that. Very fast and easy.

iTouch Secure saves passwords in the default iOS keychain, so it's pretty secure.

They released an update a day ago (or so) that now adds iOS 8 compatibility. Works well from my testing.
 
So it actually uses the iOS keychain? I thought I read it uses a key-chain "Like iOSs". If so, this diminishes my worries on security. So I did purchase it. Works as advertised.

And it does replace 1Password in some aspects. 1Password is still my repository, but I won't use the extension support any longer. No need.
 
It's extremely buggy on my 6+, constantly going on pages and asking me to authenticate with touch id. And I'm not even trying to login to anything. I uninstalled it, completely not worth the money.

It works, however doesn't use the keychain in iOS. It uses its own password repository it seems. It also conflicts a bit with Lockdown Pro which is an awesome app .
 
On iOS 7 the app worked great. It didn't work at all for me on iOS 8. I was a little ticked that I had to buy it again since most devs will give free updates for the new iOS unless that app has a huge overhaul. I don't see anything different about the new version other than the fact that it doesn't work for me. I'll give it another chance if it's updated but as of now I wasted my money.
 
Seems kinda expensive especially with the complaints about it not working just right.

Really hate to drag this thread back from the dredges but I recently bought iTouchSecure for iOS 8 on my 6. I'm using 8.1.2.

I'm absolutely shocked. This tweak does not work at all. I had it on 7.x and it worked flawlessly every single time I used it. It worked in 3rd party apps too. But now on 8.x it doesn't work at all. I have tried everything to get it working but I'm at my wits end.

Has anyone figured out why it doesn't work for 8.x? I'm desperately looking for a fix. Thanks for any feedback.

I am having the exact same experience. Can't get it to work on my 6 with IOS 8.1 Cannot determine what the issue is....

I'm on 8.1 on both my 5s and 6 plus, and it doesn't work at all on either.
