iPhone Itransmission / Background

Anyone know of a tweak that will let you download in itransmission while in other apps on an iPhone? I tried background manager but doesn't seem to work.

I think version 4 has support with insomnia, idk if it automatically downloads it as a dependency as i already had it installed.
