Maybe background manager? Not sure if it's been updated for iOS 7 yet though

It has been and I'm using it for just this reason.

Yes of course.. It does, but only when transmission is running in the background.

Has it been updated even for iOS 7.1.2? It doesn't seem because preference bundle doesn't work. I can only see blue circle under backgrounded icons, but it doesn't remove the limit for idle sleep.. any other tweak? Already tried infinitytask and it doesn't work too.

EDIT: Background Manager works! I downloaded the one from insanelyi, dunno why the same version uploaded on HackYourPhone doesent work.
