itrip + new ipod video

it looks like they did away with that ohter little port at the top.....how is/are future/current itrips going to work with it?

Most current iTrips aren't going to work unless you have one of the new ones that connects thru the dock connector. The dock connecter is the future of assessories it seems.

The old iTrip / iTrip LCD will not work with the new iPods, since the extended headphone connector is gone from the top of the iPod. New iPods will require that accessories use the dock connector at the bottom of the iPod.

yeah i hate that......i sit the ipod in my cupholder in my car in a case.....how the hell is that going to work now
