It's a challenge to place an app into a folder that's on the far right

Has anyone ever noticed how difficult (perhaps impossible) it is to drop an app into an app folder that's on the far right of the screen?

I end up having to temporarily move the folder to any spot other than the far right, then drop the app into the folder, then move the folder back to the far right.

I believe this short video says it all.

How do you guys deal with this?
