It's me or the iCloud web looks much nicer than the Mac apps?

I prefer desktop apps rather than web apps, due to the better functionality, configuration options and less reliance on an active web connection to operate. The iCloud web interface also gives me random errors and disconnect problems sometimes.

iCloud web apps are beyond all boundaries of disgusting, complete with crazy neon/pastel/FF colours, yellow text, blistering white, inappropriate typography and numerous bugs.

Well, I believe its the standard design language from Apple now and next iteration of OSX is going to have same effect
