I'm actually in a good mood. Last night was fun. I managed fresh bagels this morning. Thought I'd make some calls to family/friends. Music playing in the living room and I sit on the sofa. The only problem is I live in Manhattan where the ATT signal can't make it into a room 25 feet from the street. I live on West 72nd Street in the heart of Manhattan and I'm making calls on Truphone because I don't feel like huddling next to the window by the street. So on one level this is just another rant against ATT (how long will that money sucking giant squid be in my life?) and another simple question: Why can't ATT add VOIP calls to its service -- that would give coverage to many of those places its weak signal doesn't reach and take away a good percentage of calls from its over stretched system. Can the New Year bring relief? And the warmest wishes to everyone on MR!
