It's Wednesday... Where is my Safari tech preview update?

I swear I saw, and I even made a mental note to update it, that there was an update earlier today to the safari Tech Preview. I also thought that Wednesday was the day they drop...

Was I seeing things?

I manually downloaded it, but I find it weird that I wasn't given any notifications to update.
