The release notes for iTunes 10.5.1 beta 1 give instructions for how to turn on iTunes Match on iOS devices. (Settings -> Music -> Set iTunes Match to ON)

But, that option doesn't exist on either my iPad 2 or iPhone 4 (both running iOS 5 final).

Anyone else messed with this? Is Apple lying to me?

Same here, nothing I've tried has worked. :(

Anyone with this set up have it working? I feel like I must be missing something simple.

Because they are still working on it? I don't know. I'm not a dev so I can't really say. Everything I've heard is that Apple is still working the kinks out.

Yes, I'm taking about the developer beta. It's been working great for me up until this last update. I upgraded to iOS5-final and iTunes 10.5.1b and now all of the sudden the option to sync with match on my iPhone is gone...
