iTunes 10.5 Install Problem Apple Mobile Device Support Service not Starting

Hi, I'm trying to install iTunes 10.5 on Windows 7 64bit. I'm having problems with the installation. I've reinstalled, restarted, run as administrator and when I go to services and I try to start Apple Mobile Device Support it doesn't work. It gives error 14001. Any ideas?

PS: I've tried this on two computers and both are producing the same problem. One is a clean install from a few weeks ago.
