Ever since the first beta, I have tried to open iTunes but I do not get any reaction when pressing the icon.

Anyone else have this problem?

If it doesn't work you may want to stick to iTunes 11 till the next beta comes out or the official release.

Time Machine.;)

Would if i had used it. I don't really use my Macbook for anything that important. I suppose i could just roll back to Mavericks if I wanted to but I'm not really that bothered! :D

I managed to manually open it.. in finder.. select iTunes, then right click and select show package contents... go to contents\macOS\ ... double click on iTunes... you can create an alias an put it in your desktop until the problem gets solve...
