I've disabled Apple System Integrity so I could delete the Apple bloat apps I never use including iTunes 12. I installed iTunes 10.7 using Pacifist and all is well until iTunes automatically quits and when I go to reopen it, the icon has changed to the iTunes 12 icon and sure enough I get the Apple terms and conditions screen. I stupidly hit the agree button once only to find iTunes 10.7 replaced by 12 which I do not want. Fortunately I had a backup of my previous iTunes library but I hate to have to do this every single day. Is there a way to prevent iTunes 12 from bullying its way onto my system?

I've turned off auto updates in iTunes. I didn't see how to do it in the app store?
