I downloaded Itunes 8 and now when I plug into iphone I get a system dump. Tried re-install same problem. Any Thoughts?

Ever since I updated iTunes to ver. 8 today I have been having the same problems. Whenever I connect my iPhone my Windows Vista it crashes to a blue screen and shuts down my computer. I Googled this issue but I only found this problem to effect people that have a web cam hooked up to their computer. Once they unistall their web cam driver they seem to not have this issue. Aparently this windows crashing has something to do with pics in the camera roll or the mobile driver windows install for the iPhone.

Someone please help...

Apparently they are having the same kind of problem with iTunes 8 at ModMyiFone, although there situation is with jailbreaking the iPhone with iTunes 8. This is what they said:

“After upgrading my iTunes on my Mac (and reports on a PC also) and DFU restoring to a custom built firmware I will get error 1600. I have tried to downgrade back to iTunes 7.7.1 and STILL get error 1600. I have seen scattered reports of similar issues. Quickpwn still works because it doesn’t go through iTunes. Everyone please stay tuned for further details. If you plan to use pwnage do NOT upgrade to iTunes 8.0 yet.”

I haven't had any bluescreens running iTunes 8 on Windows Vista 64bit. It did freeze up once. That was followed by my iPhone going black and not turning on until I did two boots by pressing the home button and holding the power button at the same time.
