I upgraded to iTunes 9 and was SO happy to hear about the new app organizer (I'm super OCD about where and how my apps are organized)

Problem is.. I don't have/see the virtual iPhone at ALL.. I have no idea what's up.. I know where to look for it.. it's just not there.. I'm using iTunes 9 on a PC.. but that shouldn't make a difference.. Any help? Anyone else having this issue?

i upgraded itunes to 9, then upgraded my phone to 3.1, and then synced. once i did that and it was completed, i was able to organize

It would be useful if you posted a screenshot. Otherwise, it sounds like you are looking in the Applications library rather that the Applications tab that is available to set your sync preferences after you have clicked on your iPhone in the source list.

gah, that was it, (3.1) thanks guys. I figured it would have told me there was new updates for my phone. Oh well, should be all good now (I'm installing now)
